Its current portfolio is focussed on residential development.
Its intention is to expand into other Asset Classes over time.
REIT India is chaired by David Cohen, who was chairman of Perot Systems Technology Services India and directors include Kevin McGrath. Alex Hayim, Prasanna Desai and Ajay Kohli are directors based in the Mumbai office. |
